Abilities
⯌ Research and Intelligence
Ienzo is incredibly smart, one can infer genius-level. He is able to adapt to technologies and new information easily. He does not have any inventions or breakthroughs specifically to his name; but he is still instrumental in helping rebuild Roxas' heart and memories from the data in Twilight Town.
⯌ Lexicon of Knowledge
Zexion had studied hundreds of Heartless, Nobodies, and Heroes alike during his research. From afar, of course, but they're all right here in his Lexicon. Like his Nobody, if Ienzo ever was convinced to finally use his powers again - he could draw upon his Lexicon and cast those enemies' spells.
⯌ Mimic
Then again, the attacks you are using look interesting. Zexion was able to see what you were doing - and turn those attacks around, using them against you.
⯌ Despair and Hopelessness
The last part of Zexion's abilities that Ienzo doesn't want to use are his abilities to cast illusions. He can sound like other people. Look like other people. Create scenarios people can be trapped within - attacking them or shielding himself using the illusions. People can brute-force their way through them, or overpower them mentally. Of course, given Ienzo's current personality - he doesn't want to have anything to do with these abilities in the slightest.

⯌ Physical Contact
Ienzo is very shy, but he's not adverse to physical contact. Plenty of people he's made friends with recently (ahem Sora) are constantly giving out hugs, back-pats, and the like. He's just unlikely to initiate. As far as dealing with more ... aggressive individuals? Ienzo will be reluctant to defend himself.
⯌ Mental Contact
Based on his time as Zexion, it's reasonable to assume he'd both be more sensitive to mental attacks - and possibly more vulnerable to them. There's a wound open there which hasn't completely healed yet. If he's noticing what's happening, he's more likely to get him out of that situation as soon as possible.
⯌ Flirt
Are you prepared for blushing? There is going to be so much blushing.
⯌ Fight
Because he's very, very reluctant to fight anyone - and be in any way like Zexion again - it'd be easy to push around and hurt Ienzo before he fights back. He'd be more likely to just try and escape than defend himself.

See above - it's going to be easy to hurt him, are you hoping for that? But let's discuss it first.
⯌ Death
Ienzo didn't much care for dying the first time, he's going to ask that we not? (I'm open if the thread is right! Let's discuss things first.)
⯌ Other
Topics concerning mind control, manipulation, losing one's identity, illusion magic, and brainwashing will make Ienzo touchy. He will still want to have an academic discussion about them. He won't want to show that he feels uncomfortable. But if someone has more than an academic interest in the subject, Ienzo will be extremely wary of them.

Ienzo's canon touches upon death, childhood neglect, violence against children, amnesia and loss of memory, disassociation, despair and hopelessness, loss of identity, and some body horror. It's usually pretty metaphorical or worded vaguely, since it is a Disney property. If any of that sounds too heavy please give me a head's up!
