☾ APPEARANCE
HEIGHT: 5'6" (guesstimate)
VISUAL: Light blue hair, brighter blue eyes - he's skinny, definitely the physical body type of a scholar instead of a fighter. His hands are calloused from work and he talks with them a good deal. Usually he's wearing a soft, friendly expression - like a smile if he sees someone. But if he's alone, he will often look far more thoughtful, pensive. Visual reference is here; his hair is just Like That.
HAIR: Light blue. Looks like he's an escaped scene kid. Look at this nonsense.
EYES: A bright blue.
FEATURES: I pretty much think they won't get over the hair.
DRESS: Ienzo dresses like a nerd. Lab coat and cravat is his uniform; he also likes polo shirts, sweatervests, khakis, button-up shirts, ties ... all he's missing are pocket protectors. (The player might be too old if they're making pocket protector jokes.)
VOICE: His English voice can be heard at this timestamp here. Unfortunately I've had problems tracking down his Japanese voice.

Turned into a literally heartless zombie and grew up researching how to do that to more realities. Became skilled in illusion magic and using those abilities to headgame others.
Since getting his heart back, Ienzo blames himself for the entire thing and does his best to atone by working as hard as he can to help the others like him and those trying to save the world.

INVENTORY: Lab coat, cravat, button-up shirt, sweater-vest, slacks. In his pockets: gummi phone (with his own upgrades), stylus, notepad, pens, laser pointer, assorted cables.
SKILLS:
Ienzo is incredibly smart, one can infer genius-level. He is able to adapt to technologies and new information easily. He does not have any inventions or breakthroughs specifically to his name; but he is still instrumental in helping rebuild Roxas' heart and memories from the data in Twilight Town.
As Zexion, he had studied hundreds of Heartless, Nobodies, and Heroes alike during his research. From afar, of course, but they're all right here in his Lexicon of Knowledge. Like his Nobody, if Ienzo ever was convinced to finally use his powers again - he could draw upon his Lexicon and cast those enemies' spells.
Then again, the attacks you are using look interesting. Zexion was able to see what you were doing - and turn those attacks around, using them against you.
The last part of Zexion's abilities that Ienzo doesn't want to use are his abilities to cast illusions. He can sound like other people. Look like other people. Create scenarios people can be trapped within - attacking them or shielding himself using the illusions. People can brute-force their way through them, or overpower them mentally. Of course, given Ienzo's current personality - he doesn't want to have anything to do with these abilities in the slightest.
DREAM FORM: In some nightmares, Ienzo might find himself as Zexion instead of Ienzo. The only notable visible difference will be a full-length black hooded cloak, and the fact he'll be often visibly holding the Lexicon.
DREAMOTION: If Ienzo becomes more comfortable with his own magic again - the power of dreams will allow his illusions to be more tangible and fleshed-out. He'll be limited to things he has learned about - the more in-depth the research the better - and the tangible items he can create will be small at first. (And of course, this is a big if, since he's wary of his own abilities.)
